Refund Policy

At Healthy Herbal Veda, operated by Aanu Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us.
We offer returns or refunds only in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

Customers may request a return or refund only if:

  • The product received is physically damaged, or

  • The wrong product has been delivered

The request must be raised within 10 days of delivery.

Conditions for Approval

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided

  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste or fragrance preferences

  • Opened or used products

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners

Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 10 days of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Photos/videos of the product

    • Brief description of the issue

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe

Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in INR unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers

  • In some cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund
